Colonel Crawford Local School Superintendent - Mr. Todd Martin Background: 1986 Graduate of Colonel Crawford High School 1990 Recieved BA in Education from Malone College in the area of Social Studies. 2006 Received Masters in Administration from the University of Ashland. Mr. Martin is entering his 21st year in education and 7th as an administrator. Prior to coming to Colonel Crawford in 2009, as principal, Mr. Martin served as assistant principal at Ontario High School. From 2001-2006, Mr. Martin served as head boys' basketball coach at Bucyrus High School where he taught CBI, Social Studies, and Math. Mr. Martin and his wife Heather have 3 children that attend the Colonel Crawford Local Schools. (Clay, Brody, and Abby) Superintendent Comment: I am very fortunate to be serving as the superintendent for the Colonel Crawford Local Schools. I feel blessed to be part of a system where the staff, students, parents, and community work together with the mission of preparing our children for the ever changing world. I encourage you to get involved in the school community through such groups as; PTO, Music Boosters, Academic Boosters, and/or the Athleitc Boosters. It is my personal goal to continue to maintain an environment that is family friendly and based on strong family values. Goals for the district: 1. To address strategies that will allow the Colonel Crawford Local Schools to fully implement the new and revised state standards while emphasizing student academic growth. 2. To continue to promote a positive and safe learning environment. 3. To continue to promote a positive school / community relationship.
