Kip Kinn was recently acknowledged as a "Friend of Colonel Crawford" at the November school board meeting.  He received a lighted crystal eagle as a token of appreciation from Colonel Crawford.  Kip has been a "friend" to Colonel Crawford in many different ways, but most have involved the sports of cross country and track and field.  He was very helpful in the layout of the new track facilities and currently serves as meet manager for our very own Early Bird Cross Country Invitational and Bob Royer Relays track meet.

A runner himself, Kip offers his own time in the summer and invites other athletes to train with him and other members of his group.  He is a great mentor to these young people as well as an avid supporter of them also.  We are truly grateful to have him as a "Friend of Colonel Crawford."
