Come out and support our Eagles as they compete in the OHSAA Distract Track meet is Thursday May 21st and Saturday, May 23rd. Due to weather the schedule has been altered.
Thursday, May 21st
Field events will start at 3pm
Boys Vault followed by girls
Girls High Jump followed by boys
Boys Long Jump followed by girls
Girls Shot Put followed by boys
Boys Discus followed by girls
4x800 Finals will begin at 5:30
All other races with the exception of the 3200 are prelims.
Saturday, May 23rd
No field events since they will be completed Thursday.
Timed finals could begin as early as 9am. The final decision will be made tomorrow. Please stay tuned for any updates on this schedule.

Parents/Guardians-
Late this morning, we experienced an unexpected and false fire alarm. Once security was in place, we evacuated and proceeded with our fire evacuation process. Next, our Maintenance/Custodians, along with the Jefferson Township Fire Department, did a thorough inspection of the school, before issuing the final “All Clear." They assured us that everything was safe and assured we were safe to go back into the buildings .
Please note, the safety of our students and staff will always be our number one priority here at CC. We appreciate your time, understanding, and cooperation in these matters as we make you aware of this unexpected and false situation. We want to thank all of our students and staff for following all the necessary safety procedures/protocols during this false alarm.
Today the 6th graders in Mr. Hoover's science classes tested their projects. Had they completed a device that would safely land an egg being dropped off the back of the stadium? We had some success, but others weren't so fortunate. Overall, it was still a fun day for all. Thank you to Chris Ruth for his donation of eggs. It was greatly appreciated!

Colonel Crawford Alumni Hailey Slagle is competing in the Mac Track Championship meet this weekend for Toledo University In the 4x100 meter relay!
Hailey has been running for two years for Toledo University and runs the 100 & 200 meter dash and 4x100 relay during the season.
Way to go Hailey once an Eagle always an Eagle! 🦅

Senior Night for Track & Field at the Royer Invitational Friday, May 1st, 2026
Today our eighth graders experienced Reality Store. With the organization of Mrs. Carman, area businesses and employees came in to station real-life situations in order to help teach
students the importance of financial responsibility. Each student was given a paycheck with a monthly salary based on their career interests. Of course, they started at the bank where they had to cash or deposit their check. They then visited various businesses to purchase utilities, automobiles, housing, childcare, insurance, communications, and many other real-life needs. Some students realized that a paycheck doesn't always go that far after you pay the bills. Others figured out ways to be smart with their money to avoid ending with a negative balance. A huge thank you goes out to the volunteers who came in today to make this possible. We have a great community.
CC Athletics Weekly Update 4-27
CC will be on a two-hour delay for today,
Mon, April 27 due to power issues in the area.
Secretaries, administrative assistants, life savers...there are a lot of titles you can give these two ladies, and we all know who truly holds things together! Mrs. Niedermier and Mrs. Bauer do a great job keeping us all sane. We are blessed to have them running our office. Thanks for all you do for CC! We appreciate you!
