SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!!! Senior Ashtyn Rickel has made her mark in the CC record books! Not only did she claim ALL OHIO honors at STATE in the 200 & 400 Free Relays, but she also reached ALL OHIO status with her placement in the individual 50 Free (16th place) & 100 Free (16th place)! These accolades make her the VERY FIRST EAGLE SWIMMER to be ALL OHIO in every race represented at a single STATE meet!!! Ashtyn is ALSO the 5th EAGLE SWIMMER (male and female) to participate at the STATE meet ALL 4 years of her high school career! Congratulations, Ashtyn! You've made the Eagle Nation proud! Best wishes as you continue your swimming career at Malone University!

Students were reminded to "Be a Teller", and the difference between telling and tattling during a 'Box Out Bullying" assembly.. Through laughter and fun, K-2 and 3-5 students were reminded of 4 basic rules: 1) No bullying, 2) Tell an adult at school and at home, 3) Show empathy, and 4) Try to include others! 💛🦅🖤

Our “Kindness Week” has arrived and our 4th and 5th graders love doing kind acts! In their monthly guidance lesson we read, “The Circles All Around Us” and discussed impacting their community. They made these awesome kindness coffee/hot cocoa sleeves which can be found at the Three Bean Coffee House(Galion) and Spots Rolling Bean coffee(Crestline)! “In their circles all around us, everywhere that we all go, there’s a difference we can make and a love we can all show” -Brad Montague
