The WCIS JTI sponsored a door decorating contest and the results were impressive. These are just a few of the awesome doors! The theme was "Mental Health Awareness!"











Mr. Michael Holtzapfel and Mr. Larry Weaver lead our annual sing-along-long for the 8th year in a row. Top Accelerated Readers had duck races in their classrooms earlier this week. The top ducks raced in the finals at the sing-a-long as Santa. It was a great way to start the morning.🎄🦆

It was just announced that our 2023 VARSITY Football Team finished in the top 15% with grade point averages of ALL the football programs in Ohio!
Congratulations to our Eagle Football Team for earning the 2023 Academic All Ohio Distinction!


Congratulations to Junior Ashtyn Rickel for breaking the school record today in the 100M butterfly, previously held by Coach Sarah Bruner & set in 1997!! Ashtyn clocked a new time of 101.10😮


The top 12 spelling bee winners in grades 6-8 spelled off today for the championship. Congratulations to all on some impressive spelling. We wish them the best as they move on to the virtual spelling bee in January versus area schools. 🐝📚



Senior CeCe Chase signs letter of intent to attend and run at Youngstown State University


Thursday evening the CC community was treated to a wonderful Christmas band concert under the direction of Mr. Cooper. These students looked and sounded great!







What a spectacular holiday start with our band concert performed by our band students in grades 6-12. Amazing job by Mr Cooper and all the band students. Congratulations!!
